Confirmation Email
After you have entered your booking, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your appointment.
Patient Account
This system will allow you to create an account with a Username and Password for future use or you are permitted to continue without an account. Your privacy is of utmost importance to Kerryleegh. All information gathered on this system is completely secure and your privacy is protected.
Health History Form
Before proceeding with a massage therapy appointment, your therapist will need to review your health history in order to ensure that your treatments are safe and beneficial. To save time on your first appointment, complete this form in full. If you elect not to complete the form before you arrive, your therapist will require that you complete it at the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations
If you should need to cancel your appointment, please be advised that Kerryleegh requires 48 hrs notice. Please save your confirmation email as it includes a “Cancellation” link. Thank you for your consideration.
Reschedule Appointment
Included on your appointment confirmation is a link in case you need to make any changes. In order to reschedule an appointment it is necessary to cancel your current appointment and set up a new appointment, or you can contact me directly by email or phone at 204.268.4643 and I can move it for you. In the future, I hope that the system will allow you to sign in and reschedule an existing appointment.
